Service Description
ProCards provides sports card reference data including player statistics, card checklists, and market pricing information. The Radar app provides card scanning, price lookup, and collection tracking features. All data is provided for informational purposes only.
Pricing Disclaimer
Card prices displayed on ProCards and in the Radar app are sourced from public eBay sold listing data and are provided as market reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data. Prices fluctuate based on market conditions, card condition, and other factors. Do not rely solely on our pricing data for buying or selling decisions.
Intellectual Property
Player names, team names, and league names (MLB, NFL, NBA) are trademarks of their respective owners. Card set names and designs are trademarks of their manufacturers (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, etc.). ProCards is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, team, or card manufacturer. We use these names for identification and reference purposes.
User Conduct
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download data from our website, attempt to reverse-engineer the Radar app, use our services for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent data obtained from our services.
Limitation of Liability
ProCards and the Radar app are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from card buying, selling, or grading decisions made using our data. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
